The hotel was in a very central location easy to reach using public transport. We booked a queen room, it was wonderful. The staff was hospitable and attentive.

The location was good and stunning, for example, Medici Chapel was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. What's more, it was so close to downtown and the city centre.

The breakfast was delicious and particularly nice with fresh-baked croissants and sugar free pastry and orange juice, and the downstairs bar was a plus. The location around a 5 minute walk from the station towards the cathedral was best possible and absolutely wonderful.

This place is charming small and quirky and the staff are accommodating. Plus, the location is marvellous and perfect, minutes from an unfinished basilica. It is surely very good value for money.
As we remember, there was no elevator.

very good value for money, everything was great and the staff was polite. really enjoyed staying at the single room with the fantastic view, shared bathroom, as example. the location was great and incredible, at a medium distance from a medieval cathedral. you could walk to supermarkets and shops. very comfortable stay, we were there for 2 days.
